IT'S A CELEBRATION
Our wedding will be located in Newport, RI. There are a variety of ways to reach Newport, where ever you are traveling from.
TO RHODE ISLAND
If you aren't local to the New England area, you will have to fly to one of the two airports closest to Newport. Both airports support a variety of domestic and international options. While we recommend you fly into T.F. Green Airport as it is closest to Newport, Boston Logan Airport is the closest alternative option. We hope one of these options will work for your travel plans!

TO NEWPORT
There are a variety of ways to travel to Newport from Providence. If you are flying into Boston Logan Airport, we highly recommend you rent a car as there are minimal public transportation options between Boston and Newport. To see ways to get around Newport once you have arrived, see below under "In Newport."

CAR RENTAL
We highly recommend renting a car if you are able to do so. From T.F. Green Airport, it is approximately 45 minutes to Newport by car. From Boston Logan Airport, it is approximately 75 minutes by car. To see more information about the Parking options available in Newport, see below under "In Newport."

BUS
Getting to Newport by bus takes approximately 1-1.5 hours, depending on the time of day.
You can take bus 66 from "TF Green Airport" to "Wickford Train Station (Park & Ride), and transfer to bus 14, which will take you directly into Newport center. We highly recommend using Google Maps public transportation feature to see the times of departure and locations of the bus.

RIDESHARE
If you would prefer to not rent a car or use the bus, you can use a rideshare service. Most services operate out of Providence and will take you to Newport. However, since there are many visitors to Rhode Island during the summer, the cost of a trip to Newport through a rideshare app can be expensive. However, if you are travelling with multiple people, this could be a good alternative for getting to Newport.
IN NEWPORT
There are a variety of ways to travel around Newport, depending on where you are staying.
PARKING
If you are renting a car, there are a variety of pay-to-park options in Newport centre. However, please be aware that Newport is very busy in the summer, and there is likely to be lots of traffic.
SHUTTLE
Many hotels offer shuttles that go to Newport centre. Please contact your hotel to get specific details on where and when they offer shuttles.
RIDESHARE
Rideshare apps (Uber/Lyft) are one way to get around Newport. However, since it is the busy season in Newport, it can be expensive or difficult at times to get a car through these apps. Alternatively, if you are staying at a hotel, we recommend seeing if they offer a shuttle service to Newport centre.
WEDDING TRANSPORT
We will offer transportation on the day of the wedding from Our Lady of Mercy Chapel to Rosecliff Mansion. Transportation will pick up from the hotels with room blocks reserved (Newport Harbor Hotel, Hotel Viking, and Homewood Suites). See below for further details.
PARKING
If you are driving to the wedding (which we do not recommend if you are drinking), both Our Lady of Mercy and Rosecliff offer free parking on-site.
TO CEREMONY
Buses will pick up from the following locations for transport to the ceremony:

If you would like to attend the after party, please take the bus to town. Stoneacre Gardens is right across the street from the town drop off point.
